At Paeonia, each arrangement is handcrafted with care using the freshest seasonal flowers. While we always strive to match your selection exactly, substitutions may occasionally be necessary due to seasonal availability or sudden changes in supply.

Rest assured — any substitutions will always reflect the same style, colour palette, and value of your original order.

Our substitution guidelines:

• Flowers: If certain blooms are unavailable, our florist may substitute with similar flowers of equal or greater value, while maintaining the chosen colour scheme and bouquet size.

• One-type bouquets (e.g., all roses or all tulips): We will do our best to match the flower type, but may substitute the colour or a similar premium bouquet of equal or greater value.

• Plants: Seasonal availability and weather conditions may affect plant stock. During freezing temperatures, plants may be replaced with a gourmet gift box or fresh flower bouquet of greater value.

• Gift items (e.g., chocolates, balloons, vases, teddy bears): These may be replaced with a similar item of equal or greater value in the same theme.
