DELIVERY POLICY

At Paeonia, we strive to ensure your order is delivered fresh, safely, and on time. Below you will find important information about our delivery zones, timing, and policies.

1. Regular Delivery (Next Day+) – FREE

Orders are delivered between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM on the delivery date you selected.
Free delivery is available for the following locations: Vancouver, Downtown, Burnaby, East/West/North Vancouver.

Other areas such as Abbotsford, Langley, Squamish, Delta, Coquitlam, Richmond, Surrey may be subject to an additional delivery fee.
The delivery cost is calculated based on the exact address. At checkout, you may select "free delivery" — if your location requires a fee, our team will contact you to confirm the cost before delivery.

2. Same Day Delivery – $4.98

Same Day Delivery is available for all areas. In regions outside of core Vancouver zones, delivery may be completed the next business day via an overnight courier service.
Saturday and Monday delivery is only available within Same Day Delivery areas.

To request Same Day Delivery, please make a note in the "Instructions and Comments" box at checkout.

HOLIDAY DELIVERY NOTICE

During peak holidays (e.g. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas), please note the following:

  • Exact delivery times are not guaranteed.

  • Deliveries are made in delivery windows, and are completed as efficiently as possible based on volume and route planning.

  • If you require delivery at a specific time, we strongly recommend using a third-party courier service such as Uber, DoorDash, or others, at your own cost.

We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize delivering hundreds of gifts with care and punctuality during high-demand seasons.

NO RECIPIENT / WRONG ADDRESS

  • Please provide clear instructions in the "Instructions and Comments" section at checkout regarding what to do if no one is available (e.g. leave at door, with a neighbor, concierge, etc.).

  • If no one is present, the driver will use their discretion based on weather, safety, and building access.

  • A re-delivery fee of $14.99 will apply if the order must be reattempted.

  • Our couriers do not call ahead. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the recipient will be home to receive the delivery.

  • If an incomplete or incorrect address is provided, a fee up to the full cost of the order (including delivery) may apply. Please double-check all details before placing your order.

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Paeonia is not responsible for orders left at the door that are stolen.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by extreme weather or other force majeure events (e.g. storms, earthquakes, etc.). No refunds will be issued for such events.

  • Same Day and holiday surcharges may apply depending on volume and zone.

  • We offer contact-free delivery. Please specify any preferences at checkout.
