HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR BOUQUET

🌿 Bouquet Care Guide

With just a little care, your flowers will stay fresh and beautiful for as long as possible.

💐 Fresh Bouquets

1. Prepare your vase

• Fill a clean vase with cold, fresh water (at least halfway full).
• For even better results, add a few ice cubes to keep the water cool.
• Mix in the flower food packet included with your bouquet.

2. Trim the stems

Using clean scissors or floral shears, cut 1–2 cm (½ inch) off each stem at a 45° angle before placing the bouquet in water.

3. Refresh regularly

• Change the water every 2 days.
• Wash the vase before refilling.
• Re-cut the stems each time you change the water.

☀️ Keep your bouquet away from

❌ Direct sunlight

❌ Heaters and fireplaces

❌ Kitchen stoves and cooking steam

❌ Air conditioners or heating vents

❌ Fresh fruit (especially bananas and apples), as they release ethylene gas that shortens flower life.

💧 Hydrangea Care

If your bouquet includes hydrangeas, they require much more water than most flowers.

✔️ Keep them in plenty of fresh water.

✔️ You may gently mist the hydrangea blooms with clean water—they love the extra hydration.

🚫 Please do not mist any other flowers, as excess moisture can shorten their lifespan.

 

🌸 Floral Arrangements (Floral Foam)

If your flowers are arranged in floral foam, do not remove them from the container.

Every 2 days, slowly add a small amount of water directly onto the floral foam, using a watering can or a cup.

💧 Water the foam—not the flowers.

Avoid pouring water over the blooms, as excess moisture may cause flowers to deteriorate more quickly.

Please do not overwater the arrangement. Too much water can weaken the floral foam and damage the container.

 

✨ A few extra tips

• Remove any flowers that naturally fade over time to help the rest stay fresh.

• Keep your bouquet in the coolest room possible, especially overnight.

• Handle blooms gently—many premium flowers have delicate petals that bruise easily.

• Most flowers naturally open and become even more beautiful over the first few days.
